Food Service- General Worker

Summary

Reports to: Jordan Bank Food Service Supervisor

Hours: 3 daily

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our food service team at Jordan Bank. This part-time position involves providing excellent service to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations for events and daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
