The purpose of this position is to interact with guests and create a great experience with MIlford Hospitality Group. Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers are expected to be attentive to the guests' needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable & relaxed at all times. “Every guest is your next guest”
Responsibilities and Duties:- Knowledge of current food & drink menu, chef specials, 86’ed items, ect.
- Maintaining a proper dining experience. Delivering food/drink, fulfilling customer needs, suggestive selling, upselling and communicating orders to the kitchen.
- Preparing final bill, bringing in your own bank, processing payments
- Performing side work and daily beautifications
- Strictly following our uniform policy as described above
- Knowledge of the correct carding procedure for alcohol consumption/purchasing (RAMP certification required within 30 days of hire)
- Be ready and willing to help other staff members as needed, TEAMWORK
