Metz Culinary Management - 10375 Perry Highway - Responsibilities:
Plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas;
Assist in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories;
Sanitation and hygiene in dining/kitchen areas;
Prepare and present meals following executive menus;
Catering event setup, service, and breakdown;
Cafeteria substitutes as needed
