Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Lead daily front-of-house operations and floor execution for lunch and dinner service;
Own and elevate the bar program — cocktails, wine, beer, training, consistency, and inventory;
Train, coach, and inspire a team of 15-25 servers, bartenders, and hosts in a high-volume environment;
Own scheduling, labor costs, and guest recovery — know service standards and P&L drivers;
Collaborate on seasonal cocktails, specials, and promotions that drive sales and guest loyalty
