Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a skilled  this role you will (but not limited to):

The primary role of the position is to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.

Inspects the bar prior to opening the ensure that adequate supplies are available

Maintains records of liquors, beers, wines, etc. to ensure stock is maintained at all times

Maintains daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand.

Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks according to approved recipes

Collects chits and enters billing information into Club Essential computer system

Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping and/or wiping

Frequent lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
