Legends - 100 Terminal Road - Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and assemble concession menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality guidelines during games and events;
Help with pre-event food prep and stand setup (stocking supplies, getting equipment ready);
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and held safely until served;
Clean and maintain cooking equipment and concession areas to meet health and sanitation standards
