Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities:
Assists residents with making appropriate food and beverage choices while ensuring options meet dietary restrictions/orders;
Performs dining service setup, including preparing meals, beverages, and other food items, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service;
Prepares dining rooms for service, sets tables, refills condiments, and assists with clean-up and waste management;
Maintains dining service areas by cleaning, bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and stocking supplies;
Follows safety procedures, reports hazardous conditions, and documents information in HACCP logs and other required records
