As a member of the Dining Services Department, the individual will work in any of the following positions: front of the house- food production/serving/cashier/barista and back of the house food production.

As a Dining Services Hospitality Associate, you will serve customers in an efficient and courteous manner. The Dining Services Hospitality Associate will work with management and co-workers to instill and foster the value of the Villanova Mission Statement and the Dining Services Mission Statement. The individual will focus on our Core Values:

Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Set-up, maintain, and break down all service lines. Ability to prepare and/or cook food for cold production and for pizza/grill lines. Stock, rotate and replenish merchandise as needed. Back of the house production includes salad and fruit bars, deli prep, desserts, and commissary items
• May work on any of the following stations serving our customers: sandwich/salad/pizza/grill/Holy Grounds areas/register stations
• Serves customers in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with our mission. Responsible for serving the proper proportions and following all safety and sanitation practices. Is familiar with all menu items and recipes following our standards.
