Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers and make recommendations through suggestive selling;
Assist the Food Service Manager in daily operation of the Food Service department;
Maintain a neat, clean and visually appealing department and ensure proper handling and preparation of food items;
Prepare products such as salads, sandwiches, chicken, pizza, and pasta according to recipes and company standards;
Operate equipment in the Food Service Department (e.g., slicer, scales, can opener, wrapping machine, rotisserie, fryolator, cheese grater, case cutter, stove/oven) and follow safety and QA procedures
