Metz Culinary Management - 439 Somerset Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of dining areas, or assist in kitchen including prep, dish room, stock and sanitation;
Assist in patient dietary service as required with hospitality focus;
Provide friendly, team-based service to guests and patients;
Monitor inventory and portion ingredients as needed;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across dining and service areas
