Responsibilities:

Must be able to safely and effectively work all kitchen positions including, prep, breading, preparing, assembling, and fries.
Be knowledgeable of all kitchen assignments, policies, and procedures.
Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
Adhere to all Chick-fil-A food safety policies and procedures
Must be able to work in a high volume and face paced environment
Work safely around all kitchen equipment. Immediately reporting and equipment issues or maintenance needs to Kitchen Director and Store Director
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
Stay up-to-date with any and all policy/procedure changes. Keep up-to-date with new product roll outs from Chick-fil-A
Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned
Oversee a team of 7-10 BOH team members
Assign positions and breaks during assign shift

Experience in the food and beverage industry required.

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, and weekend availability.
Monday to Friday, holidays, night shifts, and overtime.
On-site position only.
