We’re looking for a passionate, detail-driven Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Connaught Care
—a luxury, all-inclusive care home group where mealtimes are as important as medicine, and good food is part of the care plan.

What You’ll Be Doing:Prepare and present high-quality, nutritious dishes in line with daily menus and dietary needs
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth, efficient service
Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring it runs like clockwork
Assist in supervising and mentoring junior team members, leading by example
Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen protocols
Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and themed events that surprise and delight our residents
What You’ll Bring :Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role (hospitality or care experience a bonus)
Ideally a Level 3 in Catering Services, Food Hygiene and HCAPP
Passion for cooking and presenting food that looks good and feels personal
An understanding of specialist diets, allergens, and resident-led preferences (training can be provided)
A calm, organised approach and the ability to stay cool under pressure
A genuine belief that food should nourish the body and lift the spirit
