• Properly and professionally take guests’ orders, with suggestive selling
• Maintain a working knowledge of the POS system
• Expedite food when required
• Follow the steps of service
• Fully knowledgeable of all cooking techniques and products offered at the Kling House
• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• Maintain a clean and pressed uniform as dictated by management
• Provide and maintain a daily server bank
• Settle guest checks
• Side work and cleaning
• Assist guests needing directions to Village Shops and local attractions
• Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
• Adhere to the restaurant’s sanitation and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Kitchen Kettle Village is closed in the evenings and on Sundays. This position requires availability from weekday daytime shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Saturday mornings beginning at 7:30 a.m. Approximately 15‑30 hours per week.
