A Line Cook is responsible for the day to day production of menu items to the company standards set by the culinary team/ Executive Chef.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities- Execute and prepare all menu items to specification and present picture perfect meals to our guests.
- Execute production; 100% to recipe set forth by the Executive Chef.
- Uphold and exceed of house cleanliness standards
- Report all back of house equipment issues to supervisor immediately (i.e. a below normal cooler temperature, worn or broken equipment).
- Operate to a standard that meets all health and safety standards
- Be a team player;
