What You’llDo- Lead the shift and step in to run operations when managementisn’ton site
- Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
- Deliver fast,accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
- Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
- Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
- Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and comfort using POS systems
- Real growth opportunities—many leaders move into Assistant and General Manager roles
