ResponsibilitiesAs a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide make‑up application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure the store consistently meets our visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors.
Your contributions will support the store’s success and reflect our culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Retail experience preferred; applicants with beginner‑level experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Must provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all guests.
- Ability to work full retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for an interview.
