Your Role as a Store Manager

• Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a great, customized hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain a store that looks its best and represents the brand.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Legal Notice

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.

The position requires some physical exertion: long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items; may involve working around moving parts and exposure to irritant chemicals.
