Job Title: Lift Attendant/Operator
Department: Lift Operations
Reports to: Lift Operations Manager
Lift Attendants and Operators are responsible for safely operating our lifts while sharing their knowledge of the resort with guests.

- Smile!
- Focus on safety for yourself and others.
- Ensure proper and safe loading and unloading of guests.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the lifts through on the job training.
- Assist with line management to ensure orderly and efficient access to the lift.
- Maintain loading and unloading ramps.
- Provide guests with current mountain information including operating hours and conditions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
