O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs;
Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders processing and communication;
Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing and staging of merchandise;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures including money handling and security checks
