Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with warmth and exceptional service upon their arrival.
• Prepare delicious food and beverages customized to customer specifications while ensuring speed, safety, and friendliness.
• Guide and motivate your team to prioritize tasks and excel as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and available for our customers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while performing repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and assisting in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for certain responsibilities).
