Assist members with membership types, programs, benefits, and account decisions; facilitate renewals; communicate credit card program options; and promote Sam's Club products and services.

• Provide customer/member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain the gas station and car wash area: clean, organize, ensure accurate signage, handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange merchandise and supplies, and identify shrink/damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organize inventory, and retain required paperwork logs.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools for processing customer purchases with appropriate payment procedures.
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment and provide related products and services in accordance with company policies.

• Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*.
• Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
