Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/year

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads the Retail Team, embodying Arch Telecom’s brand and Core Values. They create energy and excitement around products and services, focus on customer needs, and build meaningful customer relationships.

• Demonstrate how to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions: sales, inventory, implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain store appearance and operations at an optimal level.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Proficiently use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, services, device inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
• Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, systems knowledge, and reference resources.
• Build relationships with employees across channels; collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify and hand off small‑business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and hold team accountable to company success.

• Leadership experience and competitive drive.
• Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, serve customers, and resolve issues.
• Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Wireless sales experience (minimum).
