2) in the Fine Wine & Good Spirits Store in Mckees Rocks supports daily store operations by leading shifts, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
- Shift Leadership: Guide store operations during your assigned shift and support clerks.
- Customer Assistance: Help shoppers locate products and address their questions promptly.
- Sales Processing: Use a computerized register to manage purchases and handle cash accurately.
- Stock Management: Unload shipments, organize shelves, and build product displays.
- Clean Environment: Keep the store neat and maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Staff Training: Provide hands‑on instruction to less experienced team members.
- Free, secure, onsite parking.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.
- Telework: Telework is not permitted.
- Salary: Fixed at the minimum listed above and non‑negotiable for new Commonwealth employees.
- Minimum six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth or equivalent federal title), or six months of retail sales work.
- Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Must pass a background investigation. A felony conviction within the last ten years disqualifies a candidate; other convictions reviewed case‑by‑case.
