• Greet customers and run the register
• Cashier duties and make purchase suggestions
• Sometimes work with our food program
• Work around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Provide regular and predictable on‑site attendance
• Interact with many customers daily while helping the team accomplish daily tasks around the store

• Experience in retail and customer service
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn
• Good communication and friendly conversation skills
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun, and to come up with new ideas to solve problems
• Working effectively as part of a team to accomplish daily goals

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour in a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, eye‑hand coordination, and occasionally climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
