Showcase is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at
Lehigh Valley Mall

As a Retail Key Holder Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, demonstrate trending products, and drive sales on the sales floor. This is an in-person retail position inside Lehigh Valley Mall. Part‑time hours vary based on store needs and sales volume and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in‑store experience
• Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products based on their needs
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to drive retail sales
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance metrics
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining visual displays
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized retail environment

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• $12–$16 per hour
