Redner's Markets -  - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all Deli Clerk responsibilities during deli hours of operation;
Enforce all company policies in the absence of the Deli Manager;
Oversee the overall operation of the Deli Department in the absence of the Deli Manager;
Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of deli meats, cheeses, salads, condiments, and other items in the absence of the deli manager;
Ensure all products are prepared, stored, and served according to food safety guidelines, including temperature controls and expiration dates
