Part Time - Fuel/Car Wash Attendant

Penn State Transportation Services is hiring a Part‑Time Fuel/Car Wash Attendant. The attendant will operate Grade 9 fuel pumps and perform car wash duties, along with other minor responsibilities as assigned. Work hours are flexible and will fluctuate on an as‑needed basis.

• Operate Grade 9 fuel pumps safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with front‑end car wash service.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area.
• Provide courteous customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Follow all safety, health and environmental procedures.
• Record and report any incidents, equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; successful completion of a motor vehicle records check and a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience operating fuel pumps or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and technical instructions.
• Standard background check clearance required.
