Keep meat department cases well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand;
Smile and greet customers, make suggestions, answer questions about various cuts and preparation of products;
Take orders for future delivery and help fill special requests;
Set up displays and rotate product as needed;
Ensure that meat is fresh, in saleable condition with proper prices and signage
