Drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach;
Maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards;
Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities;
Support omni-processing within the department and assist with inventory management from receipt to sale;
Execute Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards and maintain department cleanliness and hygiene
