Ollie's Bargain Outlet - - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for operation of a specific store zone;
Oversee merchandising including power aisle compliance, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee Door to Floor process to ensure merchandise is planned/received and stocked timely;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and assign daily tasks and productivity expectations
