Be a Team Member:
Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members and adapts to business needs across areas;
Be an Expert:
Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise per policies; maintains food safety and sanitation standards; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution;
Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality;
Be an Owner:
Maintains clean work area; ensures quality and date control for bakery items; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage;
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment; aligns with member experience.
