Cuts, grinds, wraps, trims meat products according to established standards and maintains product quality;
Utilizes handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions with customers;
Ensures operational excellence and proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat merchandise, while reducing waste and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
