Store Manager Candidate

Dollar General seeks a Store Manager Candidate in West Newton, PA to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced, tech-enabled retail environment. Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

• Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and adherence to company financial controls
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment per company and regulatory standards
