Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. You acknowledge that you must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments if you are offered the position.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
