Back Up Scan Coordinator

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to support accurate pricing and signage in our Retail Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you'll assist the Scan Coordinator with maintaining item files, verifying shelf tags, and ensuring weekly ad and promotion prices are correct at the register. You'll perform routine price checks, audit discrepancies, and partner with department leads and cashiers to correct errors quickly.

This position requires strong attention to detail, basic data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while supporting Sprouts' healthy, community-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist Scan Coordinator with maintaining accurate item and price files
• Verify shelf tags, promotional signs, and ad pricing throughout the store
• Conduct regular price checks and audits to identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with department leads to implement weekly ads and promotions
• Communicate and correct scan errors at the register quickly
• Track and report pricing adjustments and exceptions as directed
• Support front-end and customer service teams with pricing questions
• Help train team members on basic price-check and signage procedures
