In-Store Shopping Clerk

As an In-Store Shopping Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll accurately pick and assemble online and in-store orders, ensuring freshness, proper packaging, and timely completion. You'll assist customers on the sales floor, restock and rotate products, maintain clean, organized aisles, and operate POS or handheld devices as needed. Working in our friendly, health-focused culture, you'll learn about natural and organic items while supporting team goals, safety standards, and an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Check product quality, freshness, dates, and correct substitutions
• Provide friendly, helpful in-store customer service
• Restock shelves and maintain proper product rotation and facing
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, carts, and work areas
• Operate handheld devices and/or POS systems to manage orders
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety policies
• Coordinate with teammates and departments to complete orders on time
• Assist with inventory counts and pricing/label checks
• Support Sprouts' culture of healthy living and customer-focused service
