Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a friendly, dependable, and responsible Shuttle Driver / Office Attendant to join our Service Department.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and likes staying busy throughout the day. You’ll be an important part of making sure our service customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

• Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle
• Help with general office and dealership tasks
• Answer phones and direct customers when needed
• Move vehicles around the dealership/service area as necessary
• Keep the waiting area and customer-facing areas neat and presentable
• Help our Service Advisors and other team members keep the department running smoothly

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly, professional personality
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and willing to help wherever needed
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
