Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee in-store execution for major consumer brands. In this role, you will lead a small team of merchandisers, ensuring planogram compliance, accurate product placement, pricing, and promotional displays across assigned retail locations. You will train and coach team members, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive results. Using data and reporting tools, you'll review sales and inventory trends, resolve on-site issues, and communicate insights to managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of retail merchandisers across assigned stores
• Execute planograms and ensure accurate product placement and signing
• Set up, maintain, and audit promotional displays and pricing
• Train, coach, and support team members on merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels, out-of-stocks, and address basic stock issues
• Collect and report data on store conditions, sales, and execution compliance
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, clients, and store management
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Ensure adherence to company, client, and store policies and safety standards
• Use mobile tools/apps to complete reports, photos, and time tracking
