Meat Clerk Part Time

BJ's Wholesale Club -  - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood;
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood;
Assist the meat cutter in packaging freshly cut meats and seafood, may grind hamburger meat;
Inspect and store meat upon delivery and ensure quality standards;
Maintain cases stocked and rotate meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates;
Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department;
Adhere to club policies and procedures and maintain safety standards;
Attend to regular, predictable attendance as essential to the role;
Collaborate with team to deliver Gold Club standards and exceptional member service
