Cake Decorator

Market District is seeking a talented Cake Decorator to craft beautifully finished cakes and desserts in our Food & Beverage Operations department. You will design and decorate custom cakes, cupcakes, and specialty items while ensuring freshness, food safety, and eye-catching presentation. In this fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you'll take custom orders, advise customers on flavors and designs, and collaborate with a supportive bakery team.

Responsibilities

• Design and decorate custom cakes and desserts to Market District standards.
• Prepare, ice, and finish cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods.
• Maintain excellent product freshness, appearance, and merchandising in bakery displays.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and special orders.
• Engage customers, take custom orders, and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate ordering needs.
