Retail Associate

NIKE is hiring a full-time Retail Associate to deliver premium service in a fast-paced store environment. You'll greet and engage consumers, understand their needs, and connect them to the right Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash accurately, stocking and organizing product, maintaining visual standards, and supporting loss-prevention practices. You'll collaborate with a diverse, energetic team, embody Nike's brand and values, and help create inspiring experiences that keep athletes and everyday consumers coming back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage consumers, providing knowledgeable and friendly support throughout their store visit
• Assist customers in selecting Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories that meet performance and lifestyle needs
• Operate POS systems accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash and electronic payments in line with company policies and procedures
• Replenish, organize, and size product on the sales floor and in stockrooms
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support basic inventory tasks, including counts and stock checks
• Follow loss-prevention and safety procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and deliver seamless service
• Represent Nike's brand, culture, and values through professional, active, and inclusive behavior
