Lids -  - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of the Store Manager;
Manage store associates using training programs, set goals, and follow up in the Manager’s absence;
Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings;
Create a fun, inclusive workplace and communicate how work supports company objectives;
Schedule and staff the store and handle peak coverage;
Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures;
Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory and funds;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategies to meet KPIs and sales targets;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations and enroll customers in membership programs;
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per Dress Code Policy;
Execute operations directives from corporate HQ and maintain safety standards;
Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) and perform daily audits;
Manage store facilities, supplies, and service requests including repairs and replenishment;
Oversee cash handling and bank drops and prepare for inventory audits;
Open and close the store following documented procedures
