Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Sales Associate
. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise, handling transactions, all while maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment to all entering the retail stores .

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love
—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be r esponsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations .

$14/ hr

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain their wants/needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices .
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires, providing up-selling opportunities when appropriate .
• Answer questions regarding the store, resort, and merchandise.
• Participate actively in taking monthly inventory.

• G eneral knowledge of principles and practices of a retail environment preferred
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by guests and associates.
