Role Overview
This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with responsibilities including assisting in store operations, customer service, inventory management, and store maintenance. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the role includes acting as a lead, handling cash, authorizing refunds, and ensuring security and operational procedures are followed.
Key Duties- Unload trucks, stock shelves, and rotate merchandise to maintain product displays.
- Assist customers with locating items and provide excellent service.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain checkout areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.
- Implement and maintain plan-o-grams and merchandising standards.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.
- Monitor security and cash control practices, including supervising cashiers and overseeing safety protocols.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience recommended.
