Wellness Associate - Part Time

Part‑time Wellness Associate –
Location: Thorndale, PA –
Hours: 9am‑8pm Monday‑Saturday, 11am‑5pm Sunday – Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Assist patients with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Educate customers on product benefits (e.g., Kind Tree products).
• Receive inventory shipments and log products.
• Enter sales data into POS and tracking systems.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence while working within a diverse team.

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

• Stand constantly.
• Walk frequently.
• Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
