Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Bakery Department and its Associates to achieve the Department's goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement);
Promote safety, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety procedures within the department;
Lead onboarding, training, and development of department staff to ensure high performance;
Ensure department is properly staffed, organized, and stocked to meet customer needs and drive efficiency;
Maintain presentation standards and accurate pricing, labeling, and displays in the Bakery Department
