What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new business growth within the SMB segment while maintaining a 10-day average sales cycle
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team of 10+ SMB sellers across North America
  • Own the complete SMB revenue system, including pipeline generation and sales execution
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report business performance with clarity to executive leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven ability to scale revenue
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS selling and revenue teams
  • 3+ years managing SMB/Mid-Market sales teams of 10+ sellers
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas consistently (120%+ club membership preferred)
  • Mastery of SPIN Selling and behavior-based coaching frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading SMB sales in vertical SaaS, marketplaces, or multi-product environments
  • Background in designing hiring systems and performance frameworks from scratch
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or supporting entrepreneurs
  • History of developing future sales leaders from within your team
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close customers within short sales cycles
