We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Representative to help drive retail sales, engage customers, and deliver an exceptional buying experience both in-person and over the phone.
What You'll DoAs a Retail Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the perfect playset solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and walk-in appointments
Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Prepare and present accurate sales quotes for new and existing customers
Review customer playset designs and recommend product options and solutions
Process orders and track sales activity and order status in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales goals
Direct customers to appropriate service and warranty resources
Identify and resolve order-related issues with effective solutions
Assist with trade shows, open houses, and special events, including lead follow-up
Identify opportunities for process improvement and sales growth
Complete additional sales-related projects as assigned
2+ years of customer-facing sales experience (retail, inside sales, or consultative sales)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable reading and explaining product details and instructions
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
365Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed

Physical Requirements
Office-based environment with standard climate control
Occasional standing, bending, and lifting during shows or site visits
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for events and displays
Adequate manual dexterity, visual acuity, hearing, and speaking ability for daily sales activities
