Job Summary

The Entry Level Sales/Administrator is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the following areas:

  • O rder processi ng in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Great Way to gain practical experience . High potential to develop into an Account Manager
Essential Job Functions
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met
  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Broker Bid response and processing
  • Inside and outside sales support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Help process
  • Sales related administrative work as well as sales related field work
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • V erbal and written communication skills.
  • This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with others .
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) being the primary tool used.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as needed . Will train on platforms like Salesforce and Trux
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Drivers License and clean MVR required
