Territory Representative - Pittsburg, PA

Position Overview:

EMS is currently seeking highly motivated Territory Representatives to support our sales operations in the Pittsburg, PA markets. This full-time role is structured as a developmental position aimed at preparing individuals for future promotion to an Outside Sales Representative. It offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to key customer relationships.

• Support the assigned Outside Sales Representative in managing and growing the territory.
• Call on C-, D-, and E-ranked customers, dormant accounts, and qualified prospects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and regular performance check‑ins.
• Track activities, opportunities, and account progress using CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Pittsburg, PA area.
